Power supply

The vacuum lifter is powered by high-capacity batteries, easily and quickly rechargeable and removable. The vacuum lifter is supplied with an external charger as standard.

Movements

VB4 RCMBM d4 PRO enables the continuous glass rotation with a possible lock every 90° and its 0-90° tilting. The load suction and release are managed as standard by a dual slide valve, placed on the handlebar, but it is also possible to choose for a wireless remote control.

Frame

The VB4 RCMBM d4 PRO vacuum lifter is a four suction cups model with diameter of 390mm and a maximum lifting capacity of 600kg. Thanks to four extension arms, supplied as standard, it is possible to adjust the cups position and adapt the vacuum lifter to the various glass sheet sizes.

The functional alignment position of the suction cups enables, in addition, the lifting of long and narrow glasses, like for example the fanlights.

TheVB4 RCMBM d4 PRO model is available also in VB4 RCMBM PRO version with 310mm diameter suction cups and a lifting capacity of 400kg.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with double vacuum circuit in order to safely work on construction site, in compliance with EN13155. The vacuum level in every circuit is indicated by a dedicated vacuum gauge. In case of malfunctions, the vacuum lift is equipped with high safety systems which promptly warn the operator thanks to the audiovisual alarms.
