Power supply
The P4A vacuum lifter is powered by compressed air, which is why it only requires a connection to the compressor to operate.
Movements
The P4A allows stone slabs to be moved from a horizontal to a vertical position (and vice versa) pneumatically, thanks to the activation of one or more pneumatic cylinders located on the frame of the suction cup lifter. The movement is controlled by means of a joystick.
Frame
This model has four rectangular suction pads arranged on two arms perpendicular to the central crossbeam. The pads can be repositioned and rotated to suit the load, allowing marble slabs of up to 2000kg to be lifted.
Safety
The vacuum lifter is equipped as standard with an audio-visual alarm that warns the operator when it is safe to handle the load or if there are any anomalies. In addition, the vacuum lifter is equipped with a large vacuum reservoir, a non-return valve and a filter to protect against dirt, condensation and dust.
