Power supply
The P2A vacuum lifter series are powered by compressed air and they just need the connection to the compressor to work.
Movements
The tilting system is run by one or more pneumatic cylinders, which ensure a step-less vertical-horizontal movement and vice versa, thanks a dedicated joystick.
Frame
The P2A vacuum lifter series are equipped with due suction pads with a maximum capacity of 1500kg. The sizes of the suction pads change according to the lifting capacity; we recommend you to check the data sheet for further information. The suction pads can be rotate and adjustable along the main beam.
Safety
The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm which warns the operator in case of possible danger. The coloured scale vacuum gauge enables the permanent control of the vacuum level. Moreover, it has a filtering system for dust and condensation to protect the vacuum circuit.
