Power supply
The M4A series is powered by compressed air, it just needs the connection with the compressor to work.
Movements
The tilting system is manually managed via plunger and enables the vertical-horizontal movement and vice versa.
Frame
The maximum lifting capacity of the M4A vacuum lifter is chosen by the customer and can vary from 500kg to 2000kg. According to the choice of the lifting capacity, the suction pad size also changes. M4A permits a certain flexibility of work: the suction pads are adjustable along the arms, which in turn can be moved along the main beam. Moreover, simply by switching the dedicated tap of the pads off, it is possible to exclude specific suction pads from the vacuum circuit to adapt the gripping spread to the size and shape of the slab.
Safety
The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm unit which warns the operator in case of danger. The coloured scale vacuum gauge enables to constantly monitor the reached vacuum level. There is a dust and condensation filtering system, in order to protect the vacuum circuit.
