Product: P3A
The P3A series is a range of 3-pads vacuum lifters with a lifting capacity ranging from 375 kg to 2000 kg.
The P3A series is powered by compressed air.
The tilting system is carried out by one or more pneumatic cylinders that allow controlled movement of the load vertically-horizontally and viceversa. Tilting is operated by means of the handy joystick located on the vacuum lifter handlebar.
The maximum lifting capacity of the P3A vacuum lifter is at the customer’s discretion and can range from 375kg to 2000kg. Depending on the chosen capacity, the size of the three suction pads also changes.
P3A is referred to as the 3-in-1 suction cup lifter because it allows the user considerable working flexibility. In fact, by simply shutting off the dedicated tap(s), it is possible to use only the central suction cup for lifting small pieces or the two side pads for handling slabs such as kitchen countertops. In addition, the two side suction pads are repositionable (X-Y axis) along the center beam.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm unit that alerts the operator in case of any dangerous situation. The vacuum gauge with colored scale allows constant monitoring of the vacuum level reached. To protect the vacuum circuit, there is also a filtering system for dust and condensation.
