Power supply
The vacuum lifter is powered by rechargeable high-capacity batteries. An additional battery kit is supplied as standard to replace the batteries in use once they have run out.
Movements
Tilting and rotation are electrically managed, with engines directly powered by the main batteries. The suction and release controls and the activation of the rotation and tilting movements are activated via wireless remote control.
Versions with only one electric movement and the other manual movement are also available:
- Model VB6 RCMBE with 360° manual rotation and electric tilting
- Model VB6 RCEBM with 360° electric rotation and manual tilting
Frame
The vacuum lifter has six fixed central suction pads, which enables a lifting capacity of 600kg. The vacuum lifter is equipped with a double vacuum circuit in accordance with the European regulations EN13155 for the use on construction site.
Safety
The vacuum lifter is equipped with a double vacuum circuit in order to be used on contraction site, in compliance with EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a vacuum control unit which performs a self-diagnosis when is turned on, keeps the vacuum level under control and informs the operator of possible malfunctions with audiovisual alarms.
