The VA2+2T-RP model is vacuum glass lifter specific for production area, with lifting capacity up to 400kg.
This model is powered by compressed air.
This lifter features a vertically fixed frame and a pneumatic 360° continuous rotation, which is powered by a pneumatic cylinder and controlled via an on-board joystick.
VA2+2T-RP vacuum lifter is equipped with 2 fixed suction pads and other 2 on telescopic, removable arms. This model allows several configurations to adapt to the different size and shape of the glass during their handling.
The vacuum lifter also features a telescopic handle with all the lifter’s controls to allow a safe and ergonomic management during the handling.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with safety systems and an audiovisual alarm that warns the operator in case of danger.
The vacuum gauge with colored scale installed on the vacuum circuit allows constant control of the vacuum level reached in the circuit.
In addition, there is a filtering system for dust and condensation.
