VA2 RP180BP d4 is a pneumatic vacuum lifter ideal for handling glass sheets in production areas.

Power supply

This model is operated by compressed-air.

Movements

The 90° pneumatic tilting is performed by a pneumatic cylinder; a second pneumatic cylinder allows a 180° pneumatic rotation. Both movements can be controlled by respective control joysticks located on the frame of the suction lifter.

Frame

VA2 RP180BP d4 vacuum lifter is equipped with two suction pads with a diameter of 390 mm, assuring a working load limit of 300 kg. The suction pads are movable along the central beam for adapting to the different shapes of glass.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with smart safety devices and an audiovisual alarm that warns the operator in case of danger. Moreover, the operator can constantly monitor the level of vacuum in the circuit thanks to the practical vacuum gauge with colored scale.
