VB4+4 RCEBE d4 XL

VB4+4 RCEBE d4 XL is an extremely modular vacuum lifter, with a maximum load capacity of 1200 kg when all 8 suction pads are in use.

Power supply

The VB4+4 series is powered by rechargeable batteries that can be easily removed and replaced if necessary.

Movements

The 90° electric tilting is provided by a hydraulic cylinder; the 360° continuous rotation is also fully electric.
The included radio remote control allows the remote suction and release of the load, as well as the control of the tilting and rotation.

Structure

VB4+4 RCEBE d4 XL is equipped with 8 suction pads, 4 of which are central and 4 are placed on removable arms. The arms can be easily inserted into the central structure and, depending on requirements, can increase the capacity and size of the suction pad. The maximum capacity of the lifter varies depending on the number of suction pads in use: with 2 cups the capacity is 300 kg, with 4 pads it is 600 kg, and with 6 pads it is 900 kg.

Safety

The vacuum glass lifter is equipped with a dual vacuum circuit for use on the construction site in accordance with EN13155.
It is also equipped with a vacuum control unit that constantly monitors the vacuum level in the circuits, signalling any anomalies with audiovisual alarms.
