KOMBI

KOMBI is a hybrid vacuum lifter designed for the installation of glass and sandwich panels on a construction site.

Power supply

KOMBI is powered by high-capacity, rechargeable and removable batteries. This cordless feature makes it ideal for working on site. The battery level is indicated on the onboard vacuum control unit, allowing the user to interchange and recharge the batteries when needed.

Movements

The vacuum lifter features the 360° continuous rotation of the load and a 0-90° tilting system. On request, these movements can be powered. The suction and release of the load are managed by a sliding valve as standard, however it is possible to opt for a wireless control via radio remote.

Frame

This model can be equipped with four or eight suction pads specifically for handling glass sheets and windows up to 1200kg. Besides the suction cups for glass, it is possible to add four long and narrow suction pads specific for roof and wall insulated panel up to 250kg. The suction pads, placed on removable arms, adapt to flat, micro-ribbed and trapezoidal surfaces, thus ensuring a firm grip onto the load.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with a dual vacuum circuit for safely working on site, as required by EN13155. The level of vacuum in each circuit is signaled by a dedicated vacuum gauge. In case of malfunctions, the vacuum lifter warns the operator in a timely manner thanks to its audiovisual alarms.
