ROTO180 is a vacuum lifter specifically designed for flipping over insulated panels by 180° and subsequently installing them.
This model is powered by rechargeable batteries that can be easily removed and interchanged with the second battery kit provided if needed. The vacuum lifter comes with the included battery charger.
Suction and release of the load is managed remotely by wireless radio control. Alternatively, wired management via wired hand control is available.
From the radio control/pushbutton panel, it is also possible to manage the 180° tilting of the lifter, which is operated by a powerful hydraulic cylinder. In addition to flipping insulated roofing panels, ROTO180 can be used for their subsequent installation.
ROTO180 is equipped with 4 suction pads for a maximum lifting capacity of 360 kg. The suction pads are suitable for lifting and laying smooth, micro-ribbed or corrugated insulated panels. ROTO180 features a distinctive “C” structure that ensures proper load balancing during any handling.
The lifter can be used in below-the-hook mode or with the use of forks.
In case of faux-roof tile insulated panels, we have suction pads specifically for that use.
ROTO180 ensures compliance with the highest safety standards to protect workers and load.
Thanks to the dual vacuum circuit, the cladding lifter can be used on construction sites in maximum safety and in full compliance with EN13155. In addition, the vacuum control unit constantly monitors the vacuum level in the circuit and warns the operator of any dangers with audiovisual alarms. Each time it is turned on, the control unit performs a self-diagnosis to ensure the proper functioning of all components.
The vacuum lifter is supplied with a handy stand for storage and transport.
The frame of the lifter, which can be disassembled into several parts, goes to make up the transport stand itself. In this way, the footprint of the suction lifter during transport and storage is minimized (size of a pallet).
