Moving marble, stone and granite is an operation that requires great attention to the type of plates used due to the great variety of surfaces that can be encountered.
Righetti Vacuum Lifters has equipped its lifters with specific suction cups for marble and stone suitable not only for lifting smooth materials, but also for bush-hammered and flamed surfaces.
The plates, on models with several suction cups, have a longitudinal and transversal adjustment along the crossbar, by means of a handwheel or spring plunger, making them practical and comfortable for each process. On models with 3 or 5 suction cups, the central plate remains fixed and, unless otherwise specified, in the longitudinal position.
The rotary system of the plate is available as an option on suction cups for kitchen tops or on plates with capacities up to 250kg, suitable for speeding up and simplifying the adjustment of the orientation of the same.
The dimensions of the plates indicated in the technical data sheets refer to the maximum overall dimensions, including gaskets.
On request, specific plates can be produced based on the size of the material to be lifted.
