Working side by side with our customers, we have seen how frequently the need arises to tilt glass panes and precisely adjust their degree of inclination during installation. This type of operation can be done either with a motorized system or with a manual tilting mechanism equipped with a piston lock and a safety catch, installed directly on most glass vacuum lifters. Currently, such a manual mechanism allows direct tilting from vertical to horizontal of the machine body.
However, our R&D department decided to provide models equipped with the manual tilting system with an additional device to facilitate glass tilting operations. The controlled tilt device is particularly useful during the installation of glass sheets as it provides full control of the movement and precision when tilting the sheet. Controlled tilt device allows the operator to precisely choose the degree of tilting of the sheet required for its installation and subsequent repositioning in the vertical position with a simple manually operated mechanism on the vacuum lifter.
The controlled inclination device can also be purchased separately and at a later date to fully cover the customer’s possible needs. This optional is particularly suitable for those who want a functional solution that provides an excellent degree of control by the operator but without necessarily having to resort to motorized movements that make the lift heavier.
The controlled tilt mechanism is easily removable for operations where it is not necessary and where you need to keep the structure unobtrusive and streamlined.
