VA2 RP180BP vacuum lifter features an innovative load-handling technology that allows not only its pneumatic tilting by 90°, but also its pneumatic rotation by 180°. The combination of these two movements allows the operator to move the glass sheet without any limitations. In addition, the pneumatic activation of each movement, performed by the dedicated joystick, ensures full control and precise handling of the load.
The 180° pneumatic rotation of glass panes is a technically complex and sophisticated movement that we have developed and perfected in recent years. Controlled by a joystick, this movement allows a smooth rotation of the load from zero to one hundred and eighty degrees. Especially in the final phase of its rotation, Righetti has designed an automatic smoothening of the movement that prevents the load from bouncing abruptly, thus preserving the absolute integrity even in case of fragile materials.
VA2 RP180BP d4 is designed in every detail to lift glass quickly and efficiently. Equipped with two round suction pads, this vacuum lifter ensures immediate suction of the load up to 300 kg. Thanks to the specific composition and structure of its suction pads, the vacuum lifter adheres perfectly to the glass surface, guaranteeing optimal load stability. Finally, the suction pads can be repositioned longitudinally to adapt to different glass sheet widths.
