Sandwich panels are not all the same: adapting the size of the vacuum lifter to the different lengths of the panels ensures adequate support and stability of the panel. With the included dual battery kit, you can always have a charged set of batteries to get your work done without interruption.
It’s often useful to have a wireless radio remote control to manage panel suction and release, making it easy to detach the lift remotely. On the entire CL1 series, the radio remote control is available as an option.
Suction lifters are designed primarily for handling and installing sandwich panels on construction sites. For this reason they are equipped with safety systems and a dual vacuum circuit in full compliance with European regulations EN13155. Approved by site safety managers, our vacuum lifters no longer make it necessary to use slings or other secondary lifting systems.
Using a suction lifter is not limited to the work itself; it also requires considerations for transportation and storage. Righetti’s R&D department has designed a compact sized parking stand that is composed with the very frame of the vacuum lifter to reduce the dimensions of the cladding lifter to the size of a pallet (100x80cm).
We know you may need to move sandwich panels of different sizes and finishes, which can change from job to job. Whether they are smooth, micro-ribbed or corrugated, made of polyurethane or mineral wool, we have the ideal vacuum lift to give your panels the right support. Generally, roofing panels have the outer layer made of sheet metal with a 3- or 5-frets and small slats between each fret. Righetti vacuum lifters are specifically designed to make gripping fast and secure on both polyurethane and rock wool panels. However, we advise you to always check the compatibility of the lifting device with the panel to be lifted, especially with regard to the shape of its outer surface. The CL1-6 model is the ideal solution for panels up to 12 meters as well as for longer ones thanks to the practical extension arms (CL1-6 EXT). In case of lifting insulated panels up to 8 meters, you can opt for a fixed structure vacuum lifter CL-F.
