GLE4+8 d3 1200kg

GLE4+8 d3 is a vacuum lifter that helps to lift glass panes of various sizes up to 1200kg.

Power supply

GLE4+8 d3 vacuum lifter is cordless as it is powered by rechargeable batteries, which can be easily removed and replaced if necessary.

Movements

The lifter offers hydraulic tilting system and electric 360° continuous rotation. Suction and release of the load are controlled at a distance via cordless remote control, as well as the tilting and the rotation.

Frame

High quality components and strong lifter’s frame guarantee safe, reliable lifting and handling also of the big glass elements.
GLE4+8 d3 counts a total of 12 suction pads, 4 on lifter’s body and 8 on removable extensions, for a maximum lifting capacity of 1200kg. The extensions permit to change the lifter’s configuration and lifting capacity for adapting to different glass dimensions. The pad arms may be removed quickly and easily.

This model is available also in its upgraded version of 1500kg.

Safety

The vacuum lifter features a dual vacuum circuit to be safely used on construction site, as required by EU laws EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a smart vacuum control unit which constantly monitors the level of vacuum in the circuits and signals potential dangers to the workers thanks to audio-visual alarms.
