VA2 RPBP is a vacuum glass lifter with two suction pads, perfect to lift and handle the smaller or narrow glass panels up to 200kg.

Power supply

This model is powered by compressed air and only requires to be connected to a compressor.

Movements

This lifter features a 90° pneumatic rotation and a pneumatic 0-90° tilt, which are both powered by a pneumatic cylinder and controlled via an on-board joystick.

Frame

VA2 RPBP vacuum lifter is equipped with 2 suction pads with 310mm diameter, which can be repositioned along the central beam. Its maximum lifting capacity is 200kg.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with safety systems and an audiovisual alarm that warns the operator in case of danger. The vacuum gauge with colored scale installed on the vacuum circuit allows constant control of the vacuum level reached in the circuit. In addition, there is a filtering system for dust and condensation.
