Safety devices

The VEB4 RCMBM is an electric vacuum lifter with four suction pads, ideal for glass processing use.

Power supply

VEB4 RCMBM is electrically powered, with a choice of voltage between 220V single-phase and 400V three-phase.

Movements

The vacuum lifter allows 360° manual continuous rotation of the glass sheet, both vertically and horizontally, and 0-90° manual horizontal/vertical tilting.

Structure

The vacuum lifter features 4 round suction cups, with a lifting capacity of 400 kg. VEB4 is also available with a capacity of 600 kg (model VEB4 RCMBM d4).
The suction pads are repositionable to adapt to the formats of the glass sheets to be lifted.

Safety

A single vacuum circuit with vacuum tank and safety systems ensures safety during load lifting. Upon request, a version with a double vacuum circuit is available, which provides the necessary safety for use on construction site, according to European standard EN13155.
