VB4+4 RCMBM d4 is the ideal vacuum lifter for handling both small and large glass sheets.

Power supply

VB4+4 RCMBM d4 is a cordless vacuum lifter as it is powered by rechargeable batteries, which can be easily removed and replaced if necessary.

Movements

The lifter offers a 0-90° tilting system and a 360° continuous rotation, which can be automatically locked every 90°.

Frame

The VB4+4 series is equipped with four centrally fixed suction pads and four external ones which are placed on removable extension arms. Using the additional suction pads increases the lifting capacity from 600kg up to 1200kg and the gripping spread up to 2250mm.

Its compact and flat design allows VB4+4 to work also behind scaffolding.

This lifter is available with smaller suction pads (d. 310 mm) and lower lifting capacity up to 800 kg (mod VB4+4 RCMBM)

Safety

The vacuum lifter features a dual vacuum circuit to be safely used on construction site, as required by EU laws EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a smart vacuum control unit which constantly monitors the level of vacuum in the circuits and signals potential dangers to the workers thanks to audio-visual alarms.
