VB4 RCMBM d4 PRO 600 kg

The VB4 RCMBM d4 PRO is an upgraded version of the standard VB4 vacuum glass lifter thanks to its extension arms that allow different configurations.

Power supply

The vacuum lifter is powered by rechargeable and swappable batteries, which allow uninterrupted operation. The external charger is included.

Movements

VB4 RCMBM d4 PRO allows the 0-90° tilt and 360° continuous rotation of the load, with the lock possibility every 90°. Load suction and release are managed as default via a dual-action command valve, but it’s also possible to opt for a wireless command.

Frame

This model has 4 suction pads d. 390 mm and lifting capacity of 600kg.
Thanks to four extensions, included as default, it is possible to switch between different configurations to adapt the lifter to the glass size and shape. The four suction cups can be put in in-line position and allow the lifter to handle long and narrow glass.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with a dual vacuum circuit for safely working on site, as required by EN13155. The level of vacuum in each circuit is always signaled by a dedicated vacuum gauge. In case of malfunctions, the vacuum lifter warns the operator in a timely manner thanks to its audiovisual alarms.
