The “S” Series is a specific series of vacuum lifters for stone and marble with lowered height.
The S4-PN series is powered by compressed air.
This model allows the tilting of stone slabs from horizontal to vertical position and vice versa. The pneumatic tilting is performed by a pneumatic cylinder and is controlled via a joystick, thus ensuring a smooth sloping of the slab and preserving its integrity.
S4-PN is equipped with 4 crossed suction pads for a maximum lifting capacity of 500kg. The orientation and the position of the suction cups can be changed. The arms, where the suction pads are placed, are equally movable along the beam (whose length can be either 1200mm or 2400mm).
What truly makes this vacuum lifter differ from standard ones is its lowered height. Thanks to this feature, the S series are the perfect lifting equipment for working in conditions of low ceilings. Moreover, S4-PN has a lightweight frame that makes t the perfect lifter for situations when lifting means have weight limits.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm unit that alerts the operator in case of any dangerous situation. The vacuum gauge with colored scale allows constant monitoring of the vacuum level reached. To protect the vacuum circuit, there is also a filtering system for dust and condensation.
